Abide Psychology provides compassionate, evidence-based psychological services for adults across Ontario.
Services are tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals while attending to the biological, psychological, relational, developmental, cultural, and spiritual dimensions of each person.
Individual Psychotherapy
Evidence-based psychotherapy for adults (18+) across Ontario.
Therapy is tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals and may draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Brief Psychodynamic Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.
Individual therapy is available for a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, anger, perfectionism, personality concerns, and faith-related or spiritual concerns.
Fee: $240 per 50-minute session.
Consultation
Consultation for pastors, church leaders, Christian caregivers, and other organizations supporting people facing complex situations at the intersection of faith and mental health.
Consultation provides an opportunity to think collaboratively about complex situations at the intersection of psychology, theology, and pastoral care, helping leaders discern wise and compassionate next steps.

Education and Training
Educational workshops and training designed to equip churches, ministry leaders, Christian caregivers, and other organizations to respond wisely and compassionately to mental health concerns.
Training topics may include Christian approaches to psychology; emotion and emotion regulation; anger and forgiveness; relationships among sin, suffering, and mental illness; anxiety; trauma; spiritual formation; and other topics tailored to your community’s needs.

Diagnostic Assessment and Clinical Reports
As part of ongoing psychotherapy, diagnostic assessment and clinical reports can be provided when appropriate, including documentation that may support insurance claims, academic or workplace accommodations, or communication with other healthcare professionals.
Abide Psychology does not provide comprehensive psychoeducational or psychodiagnostic assessments at this time.
Fees:
Clinical letter: $50
Clinical report: Starting at $200, depending on the complexity and time required.
